Use this page for help with the Ukiyo-e iPhone or iPad app, purchases, accessibility, catalog corrections, or the educational contribution website. Rights-holder and removal notices should use the dedicated Rights & Takedown page.

Purchases

The app offers one optional non-consumable unlock. Open Settings and choose Restore Purchases after reinstalling the app or moving to another device signed in to the same Apple Account. Apple handles payment and purchase history; this project does not receive payment-card details.

Catalog and source corrections

Include the artwork ID, the field that appears incorrect, the original institutional record, and the correction you propose. A correction is reviewed before it reaches the app.
