"Kannon-do". From the series "Tokyo Kaiko Zue" ("Recollections of Tokyo") with all together 15 designs from various sosaku hanga artists. This print is the only design contributed by Kiyoshi SAITO. Rather rare early style of Kiyoshi prints.
