1968 COLOR WOODBLOCK PRINT BY YOSHIHARU KIMARU - BLUE WIND A. [123046] Yoshiharu Kimura. (Japanese 20th century) Color woodblock print. Dated 1968 lower left and signed center of lower margin in pencil by the artist. #65/80 lower right. Archivally matted and framed with gallery label to verso. Measurements of image: 13.5 x 11.5 inches. Wooden gilt frame: 22 x 19.5 inches. Pleasing colors and in excellent condition. Two geese with images of leaves and abstract objects blowing around them stand company in strong winds. Yoshiharu Kimura (1937-) is known for his renderings of beautiful birds in natural environs.
