Hasegawa catalog no 1102 Koho (18th century) Japanese. This item is an original woodblock print measuring 8 7/8" x 14", with margins, 10" x 15". It is stamp/signed in the lower left corner. The condition is very good - no evidence of stains or matburn - never been framed - a very crisp image. It is attached to a thick paper backing at the top corners with a small spot of glue. The paper is a medium thickness fiber type paper, and when held to the light, faint horizontal lines are visible (similar to a watermark). Stamped in ink on the back of the backing paper is "Koho Early 18th". Hand writtin on the front of the backing paper is the artists' name. We will be selling approx. 20 Japanese wo…
