This print is of Ichikawa Ebizo IX in the role of Moritsuna from the series, Figures of the Showa Stage, published by Banchoro in 1949. Ota Masamitsu is best known for his realistic portraits of the Kabuki actors capturing their individual personalities. His prints are striking and rare.
