Catalog note / 解説

Maiko from a series of Four Maikos by Terashima Shimei. Original Japanese woodblock print circa 1961. Print is numbered from an edition of 200 in left margin. Print measures 17.1 x 14.5 inches. Exceeding nice details including gold and silver inks and deep embossing on inner kimono. Very nice bijin-ga printed by Adachi in 1961.
