Catalog note / 解説

Set A : "Rabbits" and "Blue Check". Chiyogami designs were developed in the Edo period. Based on the colorful kimono textiles of the rich people, they were cut into pieces and used for origami, beautifying the indoor furnishing or paper dolls.
