Catalog note / 解説

"Dainihon Meisho Kagami" (Mirror of Famous Generals of Japan). Minamoto no Yoshimitsu (1056 - 1127) is instructing a special tune with "sho" (a musical instrument of many reeds) to Toyohara no Tokiaki. Yoshimitsu learned this tune from Tokiaki's father.
