Friday, 2 February 2007 Original Japanese woodblock print by Kawase Hasui titled "Iris" This rare and lovely woodblock print of flowers dates from 1929 and is one of 16 Hasui designs published by Kawaguchi and Sakai. It has a limited edition sticker (98/100) on the back of the print, which indicates that it is an original early edition print. This edition marking also bears Hasui's signature in Japanese and his red seal (see photo at the bottom of the listing). This print is good to very good condition overall with strong, vibrant colors.
