Catalog note / 解説

"Tabi Miyage, dai san shu; Beppu no Asa". From the Series "Souvenirs of Travel III", an early morning at Beppu in Ohita prefecture. Elegant view of the quiet harbor. The Venus is still seen next to the crescent moon but the horizon is already having a hint of the rising sun. Narazaki described that the dark undulating lines of the sea waves were typical of this region.
