Same as Full0 above?? This print is authentic, not restrike or reproduction. I guarantee it. This is an genuine original Japanese woodblock print by great shin-hanga artist Kawase Hasui (1883-1957) titled "Evening at Beppu ". The print is dated Showa 4(1929). Some prints by Hasui offered now on ebay are later editions of much less quality (sometimes from recarved blocks) This one is the first edition published by Watanabe in 1929, and bears appropriate Watanabe prewar “C” seal on the right margin and early red 6mm seal on the left lower corner of the image.
